Ergotron Neo-Flex Notebook WorkBase provides better ergonomics for extensive laptop users

I’d just visited the masseur yesterday to get myself a massage for my head and shoulder. I’m one of those geeks who need to work extensively on my laptop.

And in long run, I develop tiredness and pains over my neck and shoulder. As I’ll always need to keep my neck bending little downwards for long hours.

When you have full concentration on your work, especially dealing with some computer programming, you’ll need to have the laptop screen to be closer to your eyes.

As a result, you’ll need to have your neck bending towards the notebook screen, which will get your neck and shoulder to develop certain stress after several hours of working on the laptop.

It’s different from working on a desktop computer, which you can have your eyes looking little upwards or straight to the screen, so the stress on your neck is less. But we want portability, so a laptop has almost become the only computer that we use these days.
