Post iPhone 2.1 Lawsuit

Guess the lawsuits against Apple's iPhone 3G ain't stopping anytime soon, even with a man from Little Rock, Arkansas initiating a class action lawsuit with high expectations of receiving $5 million in damages at the minimum. The crime? Apple and AT&T has been overselling the iPhone 3G relative to the network load, even after the 2.1 firmware was released in recent times. In addition to similar grouses in pre-2.1 suits filed, this one throws in additional juicy details like exploitation of AT&T's captive audience with some pretty draconian conditions in the contract. How do you think the barrage of lawsuits are going to play out in the long run? Image courtesy of Techluver.
